Form for ordering, replacing, repairing or returning a waste bin
We would also like to inform you that you can pick up compost for free at the green waste centre in Senningerberg.
The Commune of Niederanven reminds residents that on 1 May 2022, an amendment to our Waste Tax Bylaw came into force. At its public sitting of 25 February 2022, the Commune Council approved that the Article 4 - Weight Fee of our Waste Tax Bylaw, increasing the minimum recorded weight for grey waste bins from 2,5 to 5 kg.
Please note that it remains the responsibility of residents to place their bins out for emptying as needed.
The opening hours are:
• Monday: closed
• Tuesday - Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (reachable by phone from 10 a.m. on)
• Friday: 9:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Valuation tax:
• 0 € per refrigerator / freezer
• 0 € by TV / PC screen
Washing machines, stoves, dishwashers and dryers are pledge-free. Only the collection tax is charged.
The collection happens every 1st Wednesday of the month up from 8:00 a.m.

Registration Hours: Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.
Registration request deadline: Friday before the date of collection.
A collection tax of € 10 for max. 1 m3 is charged.
Additional every m3 costs € 5 (Maximum: 5 m3)
The collection happens every 2nd Tuesday of the month.
If required, you may place an additional household garbage bag next to your grey garbage bin.
Garbage bags for this purpose can be bought at the Commune offices for €10 per bag.
Follow the sorting advice of “MINETT- Kompost”.
Bins containing incorrectly sorted material will not be emptied.
Collection:
• from April to November: weekly
• from December to March: every 2 weeks.
Lawnmower cuttings must be separated from tall grass, shrubs and tree branches.
The inclusion of any kind of household waste is prohibited.

- from the 1st of April until the 31st of October: Tuesday – Friday: 9h00-17h00 | Saturday: 10h00-18h00
The SuperDrecksKëscht® fir Biirger collects hazardous waste from households across Luxembourg. The service is free of charge.
This service allows households to separate hazardous waste and pollutants from household waste, ensuring proper disposal and recycling.
The various waste disposal facilities of the SuperDrecksKëscht allows for the elimination of hazardous waste while preserving the environment.
Only for beverage cartons, PET bottles, HDPE vials, steel and aluminium containers (telephone information service at 34 72 80).
The blue bags for this collection can be obtained at the Commune offices.
